Last night as I stared at these new pictures of Peach, I thought to myself in amazement, “That is my baby. How odd.” It is a strange and somewhat bewildering feeling to look at a picture of a baby you have never held, or heard, or sniffed, and know that it is your child.
Isn’t she darling?
I hope to have new pictures of Mallory soon as well. And I do have news of her, which I will share when I get pics to go with it. And, in case you are wondering, she has a lovely crib set as well, but it isn’t put together yet, so you’ll have to wait to see it.
She looks sooooo good in these photos. What a total peachy baby! LOVE her!
She’s beautiful. I can’t wait for you to have her in your arms. I’m grabbing your button.
Blessings.

I am overwhelmed by what you are having to wait for! My husband and I just returned home from FL with our new son who also has Down Syndrome and a heart defect. We were selected by the birth parents to adopt him when he was a week old and met him finally when he was 10 days old. We are now home and he just turned 4 weeks old! Having him here in my arms just makes my heart ache for you having to wait so long for these 2 beauties of yours! Thank you for making me aware of Reece’s Rainbow. I will be posting this and your ChipIn (we have one also!) on my facebook! We have been blessed by donations to help us with our adoption and I pray the same will be true for you:)
Lisa,
I look forward to that day when you have Yana and we can all get together for a group hug!
Oh my…she is so beautiful!! I can’t wait to see her. I am going to come to New York…it isn’t to far away. Plus, you deserve a face to face hug!!
She is absolutely beautiful!
Peach looks great! Can’t wait to see pics of her with her new mommy!
I am so happy for you! New pictures…what a huge, huge gift and reason to keep running to get those precious little girls. Peach looks really good here. It’s like she knows you’re coming for her :)! Can’t wait to see new pictures and hear about Mallory, too!
GORGEOUS! Just look at those beautiful eyes! Praying for her 🙂
